After a nice shower she finally hits the hay at about 7am. She wakes up at about 3pm, has a late brunch, tidys up her apartment, and gets ready to go roam the city at 6pm.

Robert is a tall musician that caught her eye as he strummed his guitar and crooned in the bar that she frequented. He had an alternative edge to his good looks. His intelligence and depth is what ultimately had Skye hooked, lined and sinkered.

“Bonjour” - hello (literally “good day” and you greet any stranger that you make eye contact with in the street with “bonjour”. You see the French are a friendly bunch!)

“Merci” - “thank you”

“S’il vous plait” or S’il te plait” - “please” (please and thank you’s are always welcomed in any country)

“Parlez vous anglais?” - Do you speak English? (once you get the basic phrases out, the natives should be more receptive to speaking English if they know any)

2. The “City of Lights” is not cheap! After all it costs a lot of money to keep those lights on.

3. None of the Savvy Dolls were available to go with her.

Speak Easy … because nothing is legal when the Savvy Dolls are loose on the town.

Phoenix played the cable TV representative ready to sign everyone up for various cable packages. But no one had money to spend on cable after paying their rent and getting the utilties turned on. Elora was the go to girl if you needed a place to live. She was busy since a place to live was the absolute necessity since mom and dad were not an option. And Zoey took the expected and unexpected babies that could not be cared for as the adoption agency. By the end of the day her adoption agency was littered with babies that could not be cared for financially.

The kids were amusing and the Savvy Dolls had a great time — like they usually do when they do things together — even volunteer work!

Yes, we’re a little late in posting this but better late than never. We have a good excuse: we were busy doing volunteer work.

 With the New Year, the Savvy Dolls have been evaluating and contemplating plans for the new year. Last year was an eventful and exciting year for the Savvy Dolls.

 For those of you who have not been keeping up — and why haven’t you? — here’s a quick run down of the past year…

 The year started with Elora and Jade — who had just joined the Savvy Dolls House — getting settled in with the Masquerade photo shoot.

Rena left the House, returning to her old life. We wish her well and sent her off with a fabulous Mother’s Day photo shoot.

We had the opportunity to be hostesses at the Play Boy Mansion for an event called “Sexy Under the Sea”. Funds from the event went to benefit the “All About the Kids” organization in San Diego. Phoenix collaborated with Victoria in the design of the “Sexy Under the Sea” outfits. The outfits were a complete success as the Savvy Dolls received compliments and attention from all. They were the pearl in the oyster. They even got the attention of Playboy Playmate, Jenny who suggested that they return to the mansion for the annual Halloween party.

Fun and games over, the Dolls had to prepare for their gig at the annual La Jolla Museum of Contemporary Arts San Diego’s annual gala. The Savvy Dolls performed a unique group dance that left the audience captivated. See for yourself. Bravo Dolls!

With the passing of Michael Jackson, it was only natural that the Savvy Dolls learned the “Thriller” routine for Halloween.

The Savvy Dolls House was empty after Thanksgiving as the Dolls visited family and went on vacation. Victoria’s focus turned to planning her winter wedding with the help of Phoenix, Skye and Yves.
